Free Ground Shipping applies on all orders over $999 in the mainland 48 states, with the exception of Lecterns and Podiums (for these items you will be contacted with shipping costs for your approval before processing your order). Returns
All Sales are final. Returns will be honored up to 10 days from purchase date for store credit ONLY. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and must be unopened in their original packaging in new condition with a copy of the bill of sale. Products must be returned in unopened condition for credit. Absolutely, no credit will be issued for opened products. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all products returned. A 25% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise unless previous arrangements are made.
